Here's the idea: come join other developers for a peer-based collaborative learning lab. You've got a question? Maybe someone can provide you with some insight. Maybe you can help someone else with their questions. Bring a laptop and some code to work on.
Software development can be a very social activity, and peer labs encourage participants to interact as much as they like. Some people prefer to work on their own, and that's totally okay!
Teaching is an incredibly rewarding experience, whether its in a classroom setting or just helping someone debug some code. We all start somewhere, and interacting with developers at different points in their careers helps encourage empathy for each other.
